Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled activity receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Modifications

Activity modifications are welcome up to 72 hours before your scheduled experience. Contact our team to discuss alternative dates, times, or activity options that better suit your needs.

Weather Conditions

For outdoor activities affected by severe weather, we offer full rescheduling or refunds. Your safety and enjoyment are our priorities.

Venue Cancellations

If a venue cancels, we provide immediate notification and offer comparable alternatives or a complete refund within 5 business days.

Group Bookings

Group bookings have flexible policies. Contact us directly to discuss specific arrangements for parties of 6 or more participants.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

  • Credit card refunds: 5-7 business days
  • Bank transfers: 7-10 business days
  • Digital wallets: 3-5 business days
